Peter is our designer who helps take a client’s wish list and develop that into a clear plan that encompasses their goals, the practical implications, and the cost-to-benefit analysis that gives our clients and investors results.

Brian is a licensed builder in DC, MD, and VA, and he also has extensive construction experience in his home state of PA. Brian was raised in the business and knows the intricate details of home renovations, new construction, and multi-family housing projects.

Brian is our on-site conductor with every project. He works closely with our clients and tradespeople to ensure we surpass expectations before we wrap up a job.

Christina Convis is the Operations Manager for Andersen Price Design-Build. She is a Penn State University graduate with over 18 years of experience in business development and management. Before joining Andersen Price, Christina worked in various industries, including corporate finance, international television media distribution, and K-12 education.

George is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has a Masters of Aging Studies. With 25 years of experience, George is the industry expert in helping seniors age in place.
